Returns and Exchanges
We provide a full ninety days exchange policy since the date of purchase. Due to the fact that many of our products are one of a kind and custom made, no refund can be issued for purchases of that type. All products can be exchanged for a replacement or returned for a full store-only credit, but it must be done within ninety days of purchase. All items shipped are fully insured, so you can rest assured that your investment is protected.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Donna Allan, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Donna Allan, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Donna Allan, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Donna Allan, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
